At our production facility in Gaziantep,
we manage the transformation journey from wheat to semolina and from semolina to pasta with fully automated systems equipped with Italian technology. We operate with a production model focused on traceability, hygiene, and zero-defect principles.
With a daily wheat processing capacity of 450 tons, a rapid delivery infrastructure, and a flexible production approach, we efficiently serve both local and global markets.
We process premium durum wheat sourced from Anatolia’s fertile lands in accordance with internationally certified quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal Food, and Environmental Management certifications.
Today, under our brands ZENOVA, ALTINBAŞAK, PASTA La PARMA, and BAVETTA,
HAK Pasta has become a preferred brand in more than 70 countries, especially across Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, thanks to its strong export capacity, product diversity, and customer-focused approach. With our range of classic and specialty-cut pasta, semolina, and private-label solutions, we appeal to the tables of diverse cultures.
