Ingredients:

250 grams of penne pasta

3 tomatoes (grated)

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt, black pepper
Preparation:
Boil the pasta. Sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the tomato paste and grated tomatoes. Add the spices and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve. It’s a mildly spicy pasta dish.
