Ingredients:

250 grams of pasta (bow-tie or fusilli)

1 carrot (grated)

1 red bell pepper (finely chopped)

1 cup of boiled peas

5–6 pickled gherkins

3 tablespoons of yogurt

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Preparation:
Boil the pasta and let it cool. Chop the vegetables and mix them with the yogurt and mayonnaise. Serve cold. It’s a light and satisfying option for summer days.
